By engaging our services, commissioning projects, or participating in our promotional offers, you agree that all deliverables, including video content, digital assets, and design files are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties regarding market performance or specific outcomes. We reserve the exclusive right to modify project scopes, adjust delivery timelines, or refuse service at our sole discretion, and any alterations beyond the initially agreed-upon parameters may be subject to additional fees. All intellectual property and rendering rights are retained by our studio until final payment is fully cleared, at which point the client assumes total responsibility for the final approval, application, and legal compliance of the distributed materials. Under no circumstances shall our management or creative team be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including business interruption, data loss, or loss of profits—arising from the use, delay, or inability to use our creative services. These terms are governed by applicable local laws, and we reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior written notice; additional restrictions, exclusions, and standard operating conditions apply.
